Our direct investments mainly consist of Class B and C Multifamily residential real estate. We look for workforce housing tenant base with a tie to minimum wage. Our philosophy is that this asset class provides the best recession proof floor for our capital.

Passive Investment Strategy
While we focus our direct portfolio strategy to Class B and C Multifamily properties, our investments stretch across numerous asset classes such as Retail, Industrial, Office, Hotels, and Mobile Home Parks. These investments are carried out by our partnerships in other operators and funds. We deploy capital into direct syndication deals as well as funds with operators that have a proven track record of success.
